This past weekend I had the great privilege of getting to attend a beautiful event in the forest called Firefly with my performance troupe. Through out the entire grounds were inspiring and creative displays and instillations that brought a sense of fantasy and magic to the whole event. I got to fire perform for the first time in front of a crowd, but I found that I enjoyed just dancing around the event with my LED hoop as much as I did performing for an actual show. My small contribution to the event included “Free Plants to a Good Home” which I presented at the Giving Room. I’m hoping to take a more active role in this event next year and create a space for biotic meditations.
